Forever a student of the craft, teaching for me began in adolescence when I first started to realize how ill equipped the world was to handle my mane. I was always a star student and eager to learn. It took me a decade to connect the dots that it was aligned for me to step up and offer the representation and expertise I always hoped to find. The joy has come from collaborating with other stylists, educators, clients and artists alike to collectively push the culture forward. It’s about way more than hair.
